To change your skills around after you hit level 20 you will need to find a SKILL CRYSTAL. these crystals you can find at DUMMY SHOPS.. ( i have no idea where yet )

i say .. before you lvl to 20 .. try to lvl up your skills i did so and thankful some items dont go by your main lvl but your skill lvl..

ANGEL'S RANKS

RANK 2 the amount of credits you need is 1000
RANK 3 the amount of credits you need is total 2400
RANK 4
RANK 5

the best way to gain ranks is to do quest. the higher your lvl the better your quest/pay offs.. if lower level stick with the same quests untill your higher.

CHANGING CITYS/FACTIONS
if you change your city and dont like the one you pick you will have to wait 24 hours before you go to another one.. duh
